Background & Personal Interests

Stephanie’s journey into therapy began with her personal experiences using mindfulness meditation while working in project management and consulting. Her own pregnancy and postpartum experience profoundly shaped her clinical perspective, deepening her understanding of the emotional complexities faced by new parents. This has strengthened her commitment to supporting individuals and couples through major life transitions with empathy, insight, and using Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT) to help foster resilience and connection.

Outside of her professional life, Stephanie loves to spend time in nature, play tennis, swim, read, travel, and connect with friends and family.
